Brandon Beckham is an attorney and the editor of workrights.com/. His work focuses on worker rights, employment evidence, administrative proceedings, and the systems employers and agencies use to make workplace decisions.

workrights.com/ is an independent educational project. It is not operated by Nevada Legal Services and does not imply NLS sponsorship or endorsement. Brandon does not accept private cases through this site while the project remains in education/no-intake mode.

Why this site emphasizes evidence

Employment disputes are often decided by records created before anyone uses a legal label: pay data, schedules, performance reviews, complaints, medical-work communications, investigation notes, agency filings, and explanations given at different stages.

The site is designed to help workers understand those records and the legal process without pretending that every unfair workplace event is unlawful.

Other projects

Brandon also develops separate educational properties focused on workplace retaliation, unemployment appeals, and professional identity. Each site has a distinct subject and is designed to avoid duplicating the same legal content across domains.
